E-Balloting

If you are able to use the e-ballot, please do so.  E-balloting is preferred by the tabulator and allows balloting errors to be fixed immediately.

If you are not able to use the e-ballot, use the link to the "light version" located at the top of the e-ballot.
If you submit a REVISED e-ballot, please be sure to mark it REVISED on the show line.

If you are a new judge and would like to try the eballot, there is a "Test Ballot" which allows you to play and/or get used to the form without sending it to the tabulator.

Paper Balloting

The Ballot has not been altered for the 2010 Season.

  You may download a copy as a PDF and print it off on any printer (copies are fine).

Please use the following address when mailing WATCH ballots in for tabulation.  Your WATCH representative will provide you with pre-addressed stamped envelopes.  If you have poor handwriting, please include a copy of relevant pages from the playbill (cast list/tech list).

Judges are encouraged to keep a copy of all ballots and playbills (programs) they submit to prevent loss in the mail.
